A local singer has died after being poisoned. The singer based in Eastern Uganda is none other than Godfrey Wekesa also known as Maranji Ranji.
The singer died after a long time illness which some people believe could have been poison. Although some say that he had a liver problem which killed him, others say that his stepmother could have sent him to his grave.
Wekesa who died at 27 was Mbale’s music sweetheart. He was buried by family, friends and fans in Manafwa on Monday.
