Oscar winning Kenyan actress Lupita Nyong’o may have just found herself a new home in Brooklyn.
New York Post reports that the actress was spotted checking out three apartments at 550 Vanderbilt, a 17-story luxury condo on the rise in Brooklyn’s Pacific Park.
The ‘Queen of Katwe’ star was reportedly looking at two- and three-bedroom apartments in the $2 million (about Ugx 6.7 Billion) to $3 million (about Ugx 10.1 Billion) range.
The first condo which tickled her fancy is a three-bedroom, 3½-bathroom condo that has a corner living and dining room and an open chef’s kitchen with a wine refrigerator.
The house has 10-foot ceilings, a corner master suite with a walk-in closet, an en-suite master bathroom with Carrara marble mosaic floors, a deep soaking tub and a walk-in shower.
Amenities in the building include a 5,300-square-foot gym, a concierge, a live-in resident manager, a lounge that opens to the outdoors, a library, an eighth-floor roof terrace, resident storage and access to underground parking.
The condo has an asking price of $2.89 million (about Ugx 9.7 Billion).
