Socialite Williams Bugeme a.k.a Boss Mutoto is organising the first ever lavish “White and Gold” party slated for 26th December at Club Guvnor.
The Congo born money lord revealed that he will splash over 200Million on the party since Zari couldn’t hold her annual All-White party this year.
“After months of intensive planning and preparations, I am proud to announce the birth of the baddest social event on the Kampala scene. The White and Gold party, brought to you by yours truly ‘Boss Mutoto’ at Club Guvnor this December on Boxing Day”, the Floyd Mayweather lookalike revealed.

Rumor has it that his friend and Tanzanian singer, Diamond Platnumz might fly in as a surprise guest.
