We have seen it time and time again; City Council askaris not giving a rat’s a$$ about anyone flouting the rules, especially ones that involve parking fees. From police vehicles, trucks, Obama’s beast, bicycles, and even a hand cart.
Well, the dreaded askaris kept up with their good job over the weekend when they clamped Huddah’s pink Range Rover. The popular socialite had her flashy ride clamped on Ngong’ road after stepping into a bank.
She posted the embarrassing incident momentarily on social media but later took it down.
