Ghanaian comedian based in the US, Michael Blackson has made a move against online platform, The Shade Room after it released a footage of his solo sex tape.

The comedian who revealed that he is suing the entertainment website $10 million for every inch of his manhood revealed that he is slamming a whopping $130M suit against it for releasing his sex tape.

The comedian further alleged that the sex tape in which a full frontal of him was displayed was the handiwork of his ex, a bitter one at that.

Michael Blackson who went on to rant on his Instagram page noted: “First of all, that’s not a hotel, that’s my house in Delaware I bought back in 2008. That pic looks about 4 years old because I was lighter back then, my ex is still mad about her bladder infection and the b**ch misses the mutombo.”

He added regarding the lawsuit worth $130 million; “They thought I was joking about suing them? I want $10 million for every inch of my d1ck you showed on your page so ya going to owe me about $130 million or imma just own the shaderoom and call that sh1t the dark room.”

Tanzanian rapper fears for his life after criticizing government in his music

Tanzanian rapper Nay Wa Mitego has come out to say that he fears for his life days after he was released from jail.

The rapper spent a few days behind bars for allegedly insulting the Tanzanian President John Magufuli in his new song, Wapo.

Nay Wa Mitego then met Magufuli on Friday and what happened next was an Intagram post, where he said his life was in danger.

He said, “I fear for my own safety at the moment. They plan to remove me completely from this world. If anything happens my family is in the know. I will not flee my country in fear, I’m ready to die right here. Only God can protect me!”

Singer Leila Kayondo is rumoured to have been bitten by the love bug again.

 The singer, who broke up with her longtime lover and music bank-roller, SK Mbuga last year, is back on the dating scene. She is said to be dating a top city hunk and model.

According to sources close to the “Manifesto” singer, she met her new catch at a fashion event that was held at Cayenne lounge a few months ago. The two allegedly hit it off instantly and have since been enjoying a clandestine affair.

Meanwhile, the singer’s private life has not taken her focus off the music. Kayondo recently signed a new management deal and is currently shooting a video for her song ‘Kyana Gwe’, her first video under her new label.

The inside story on Elvis Sekyanzi’s allegedly lost properties

Silk Events and Liquid Silk proprietor, Elvis Sekyanzi recently made headlines in local tabloids where it was alleged that he had lost many of his properties over failure to pay loans.

According to the tabloid reports, it was claimed that he (Sekyanzi) lost his Mercedes Benz Cross Country G55, his mansion along Luthuli Avenue and his ‘big’ Silk Events trailers after failure to pay loans.

It, however, turned out to be a case of tarnish-induced speculation.

When we stormed the Silk Events offices for answers, Sekyanzi was not there. And instead, we talked to his Personal Assistant, a lady called Jane.

After prudent coercion, she let us in on a number of documents that prove that indeed, Sekyanzi had never lost any of the properties.

There was a letter showing intention to release the Luthuli Avenue mortgaged property, then a letter that confirmed mortgage release under the Mortgage act no. 8 of 2009 that was issued by Stanbic Bank. When we further investigated whether or not he had lost the Mercedes Benz Cross Country to loans, we discovered that Sekyanzi had on the contrary sold the car on 3rd August 2015, after which the transfer to the new owner who preferred anonymity was downed on April 12, 2016.

When we called Sekyanzi, he said; “I don’t have any enemies, even in my business, whoever is circulating those rumors is onto an agenda I am not aware of, and therefore not bothered by.”

When we investigated the final allegation; the whereabouts of the allegedly lost and towed Silk Events Trailors, we found all 3 of them parked at Kyadondo, where a Silk Events stage was being erected for the congregation of Pastor Mbonye. ​

A Pass ridiculed over allegedly spending Ugx 2 million on haircut

Local dancehall singer A Pass has today debuted his new look online.

The “Tuli Kubigere” hitmaker recently got a caeser cut hairstyle. But what caught the attention of the fans was how much he spent on his new look. He claims to have spent a whopping Ugx 2 million on his hair cut.

“Money has changed my life, woke up and got a 2 million shillings hair cut.” He  posted on social media.

Fans could not hide their shock at the extravagant fee, as they took to social media to make fun of the hair cut.

“You have been conned bruuh, that looks like a polished Namirembe Bitamazire’s Wig,” one fan commented on the hair cut.

“I just can’t believe this, it’s not even Brazilian, Cambodian or Peruvian hair they cheated you, what were you thinking,” another added.

It appears A Pass  expected the backlash as he took the sarcastic remarks in stride.

Local musician Bebe Cool is working on a mega music project.

We have learnt that the Gagamel boss has landed a huge collabo with top Kenyan boy-band, Sauti Sol.

The singers have teamed up on song dubbed “Mbozi Za Malwa”. They are reportedly working on both the audio and video for the single.

According to Sauti Sol, the new music project will drop soon. “The squad loading heat… Mbozi Za Malwa coming soon,” they teased the upcoming project on social media.

The upcoming music project has stirred excited among fans, with many noting that they can not wait for the song to be released.

City socialite Bad Black wants Leone Island singer Jose Chameleone to shoulder his burden to the Lord.

This comes after Chameleone recently fell out with longtime friend and music promoter Sipapa over his wife Daniella.

Chameleone’s war with Sipapa is said to have started after they clashed over a side-dish.  This did not sit well  with Sipapa  who decided to involve the singer’s wife. He allegedly revealed Chameleone’s philandering ways to Daniella, who consequently left her marital home.

The “Wale Wale” hitmaker has since accused Sipapa of being a robber who has for long terrorized city suburbs and further claims that he (Sipapa) is  threatening to kill him.

Speaking about the singer’s woes, Bad Black begged Chameleone to turn to the Lord, and further invited him to attend Pastor Robert Kayanja’s ongoing 77DOGS crusade.

“Chameleone Jose come to 77days of glory before its too late just everythin will be ok bano ba na uganda bawabya,” she said.

All is set for Zzina Awards happening this Friday.

We have learnt that accolades for the much-anticipated award ceremony have finally arrived. According to the organisers, the accolades were shipped in from the US via DHL and finally received at Galaxy FM offices on Wednesday.

On a related note, several music acts have already been confirmed to perform at the award ceremony. Guests will be treated to performances from Sheebah Karungi, Rabadaba, B2C and Naira Ali among others.

The ceremony will be hosted by local comedian Ehmah Napoleone.

Now in their fourth edition, Zzina awards seek to recognise and reward outstanding individuals in the fields of music and comedy. They will be held at a red-carpet event slated for April 7 at Thearte La’Bonita.

Wema Sepetu has gone ham on a young upcoming Tanzanian artiste called Harmorappa. She revealed that the artiste had the tendency of posting photos of different ladies and claiming that they were into him. She fell victim to the man’s theatrics but was not going to let him off that easy.

She took to social media to expose the artiste asking him to respect her and her privacy and not to mistake her for the girls that are easily lured in his trap.

In a long post, Wema told of the youngin writing, “I have never hated anyone who is struggling to find means of survival because I’m also doing the same. Although Harmorappa, you are getting too much. Fight in ways that will sell your music and get your name recognised, but leave my name out of it. I respect you just like my fellow artiste, but this business of you wanting to court me and even expressing what you would do to me, please tell those whom you think can handle you because I’m not of that caliber.”

HKN Gang boss Davido has denied being in a trending video purported to be a s*x tape.

 A video purportedly showing Davido getting naughty has been making the rounds on social media. The video, according to reports was recorded in South Africa as David Adeleke was pictured in a very compromising posture with a young curvy lady.

After partying hard in the club, Davido ended up with a big booty lady whom he romantically grabbed at regular intervals. Then they eventually retired into a dark spot in the house while a shadow movement of two people on a flat surface is seen as both of them moan in ecstasy.

The father of one has been embroiled in a scathing s*x scandal where he was accused of sleeping with a stranger in Ibadan unprotected. It is still unclear how the video made it to the public and whether the man having s*x at the end of the clip is actually the singer.

Davido has however denied having s*x with the unidentified lady. He commented later on the comments section of the video posted on Thenetng’s Instagram page saying, “Lmao nigga that ain’t me f**king.”

Famous Kenyan rapper Bamboo has decided to do away with worldly stuff to serve the Lord.

The rapper, a legend in his own right has been making headlines with news of his salvation which was received with mixed reactions by his fans. A former secular rapper, Bamboo shocked the entire country when he revealed that he had seen the light.

However, his salvation was short-lived. The rapper went back to his old ways and even did collabos with secular artists such as Cmb Prezzo.

Thanks to a Ugandan lass, the rapper retraced his path and regained his salvation. Bamboo publicly introduced Erica, a Ugandan preacher and singer as his fiancée, sharing with the world about her dark, satanic past.

Bamboo claimed he was saved and that he was ready serve the lord together with his better half. Well, it seem Bamboo meant every single word he said about his salvation this time round.

The rapper has joined forces with fellow legendary musician Mr. Googz and together they have come out to be fishers of men. Last month, the two took on an evangelizing missions, in which they preached in filled churches and schools in Nairobi.

However, Bamboo has not dumped music for his new calling. The rapper turned preacher is currently working on his gospel album which is set to drop soon.

Fast rising dancehall singer Ceaserous has landed a juicy deal.

The Dangerous hitmaker has already put pen to paper on a deal with popular food restaurant, KFC. He was unveiled as the KFC ambassador in Uganda early this week.

He has expressed excitement about the deal, noting that he will now be the face of KFC.

Ceaserous took to social media to announce his new deal. “It was such a great honor and opportunity when me and my team had a meeting that fruitfully ended up with me being the official KFC brand ambassador,” he wrote. “I am the official KFC brand ambassador and image.”

Musician David Lutalo has revealed that he is single and ready to mingle.

Speaking in a recent interview, the “Ujuwe” hitmaker opened up about his love life and revealed that he is not in a committed relationship.

“I don’t have any woman in my life.” He said, insisting that, “I am single and searching.”

He, however, revealed that he is already a father and blessed with several kids.

Meanwhile, Lutalo broke up with his longtime lover and baby mama Sharon Walukagga over a year ago over infidelity. Lutalo was rumoured to have lost his lover to upcoming singer Branic Benzie.

It now appears the heartbroken singer has since failed to find a replacement.

Upcoming musician Pentium Tune has released a new song dubbed “Live It Up”.

“My new song. ‘live it up,’ is inspired by my love for doing a mixture of EDM and dancehall,” he revealed.

Pentium Tune is a song writer, singer and producer. “I have been doing music for 2years now.” He told us.

Platinum Tune is based in Kireka, a Kampala suburb where he does all his sing writing, music production and now singing.

He has in the past released a few songs but he says “Live it up” marks the start of  a new chapter in his music career.

The song was produced by producer Greene at His Majesty records.

Song Review: Rapper Kayce House makes decent effort at trap music on “Trippin”

Trap is the new thing in global hip hop market and some folks are so quick to take the trend and flow with the tide.

The beauty of trap is its enchanting beats and a rather carefree style of wordplay. With this breed of rap, you can get away with what most purists would not stand perhaps the reason some old school rappers have been calling off this kind of rap.

But that’s at the highest level. Back home, anything goes. Upcoming rapper Kayce House tries his hand at this flow on his single “Trippin” and makes a decent effort.

He brings the feeling of enjoying life, living good life, and moving on from a failed relationship. Isn’t that what everyone aims for?

However, such a song would get better reception, if only for the benefit of the local audience, by blending in some Luganda words.

Rapper, Sarkodie has disclosed that getting married is top on his agenda after stating in an interview that he desires to settle down.

Questions about who his main prospect in that regard would be shouldn’t be so hard to answer.

He has been known to be in a serious relationship with Tracy Ewuraama Addo and that has been on for a while.

Speaking in a chat with Dan Kwasi Prince of the Daily News Ghana, Sarkodie acknowledged a woman has a role in the success of a man while stating his readiness for marriage.

“They say behind every successful man comes a successful woman and I’m now at the point of my life when I’m ready to get married, and that is what I am looking for in a relationship because I feel the desire to settle down,” Sarkodie said.

The rapper dropped a dope track ‘Just incase’ in January, a special number he dedicated to his love interest, Tracy.
